Awesome front desk service! Even gave us our second night for the same price as the first, even though it was a weekend! Breakfast was good and hot! Room was amazing! Even had full size shampoo, conditioner and soap on the wall in the shower! I would stay there again!

Awsome service. Front desk is on point. Rooms are clean. Dylan and Diane are both top notch professionals. Thank you Dylan for taking care of things and reassuring everything will be OK. And it was perfect.

Very nice hotel. Clean room that was very comfortable. Nice big comfy beds and huge television. Will be our new go to for sure. Thanks to the staff downstairs, they were very friendly and helpful. They have ice cream in the vending machine... so that cool.

I'm not one to complain much about anything and I should've mentioned this when I was there, but there was a roach in my shower one night, the swimming pool was dirty, and the cleaning staffs weren't so kind. Especially the man in the blazer (we all have bad days). The walls are thin, so you can literally hear everyone and everything going on outside the door. Pros: Bed was comfortable, front desk staffs were great, and the breakfast lady was super friendly.

First, I had a rude awakening when the housekeeping staff tried to enter the room after repeatedly telling her "NO" pretty loudly before she eventually made her way in. Before our check out time, the MANAGER (dark blue hawaiian shirt) made his way to knock on our room to let us know that check out was at 11 -- as if we didn't know already. We were ready to go and was just finishing up eating. As a Platinum member, I've never ever had the manager or anyone knock on my door to kick me out BEFORE check out time. Incredibly RUDE. This hotel is clean, but management is TERRIBLE. I hope they get a better person to run the place. Dylan at the front desk was really nice at check in though. Too bad his great hospitality was underweighed by his leader.

Hotel is clean and up to par, the only thing that was off was their revivating so its kind of a mess and loud but it won't take long. The hot breakfast is awesome my fav the cinnamon rolls freshly made there. Frobt desk was friendly as well as housekeepers.

Not very clean. Certainly have not vacuumed in a long time and everything seems to be stained with something. Stay wasn’t bad but the room had a musky smell and the shower pressure was not great.

I've stayed at better but it a nice hotel. Very clean. The check in was a normal check in but they had my reservation wrong. When being at the show I got a nasty call from the front desk saying what time check out was. I told them I should have the room for one more night and she sounded displeased that I was spending another night. I guess you don't want my money. When I got back to my hotel I found my room wasn't service or even looked at. On top of that our cards did not work which I'm guessing the deactivated thinking I wasn't spending a night. Now I know the next thing isn't the hotel but some of people that stay here are rude. I opened my door for two seconds to say goodbye to family and got noise complaint.... seriously? The guy with the long shaggy hair is super nice and did take of my needs when needed. When it came to Covid they were awesome about breakfast and how it was served. Like I said before not the best not the worst but I would stay here again only if I had another show to go to.
