Very nice. They upgraded the room to the top floor and the view was outstanding. I wish they had complimentary breakfast like other Holiday Inn places, but over all great job!! Nicole went out of her way to find an item we forgot to bring, ultimately not able to get one quickly, but it was amazing of her to try!! We were able to go to the store the next day with her perfect directions!!

No microwave in the rooms and the refrigerator is small. Plan on eating out because there is no room for leftovers. Enjoyed our stay. Close to 2 shopping malls. And not too far from beaches!
Don't overbooked rooms when you don't have any, or hire more people to clean rooms. People were waiting on rooms for hours after their reservations time. The bar closes at 6 pm and no food buffet as they announce all over the hotel. Its been a year, stop blaming covid for your lack of services and incompetence. I was placed in the 10th floor, the private suites with "free stuff" for their guests, but they gave you nothing because of covid. So why not place those "free items " in the rooms? The only good thing about this place was the free parking and location. Rooms are basic and old, and their carpets were dirty.
This place was great. We stayed here after a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. You guys were a lifesaver. The room was spotless. The hotel is modern. The room temperature was perfect. We had easy access to the highway, mall and airport. If I visit Tampa Again, I'll definitely return!
Overall a good experience staying here. When I first arrived I was assisted in a fair amount of time considering several people were checking in ahead of me. The staff member who check me in was friendly, respectful and answered all of my question without hesitation while continuing my check in. The parking situation is a little confusing when you first arrive as there are not many spots in the lot around the hotel. However, they have parking in the garage near the property which was easy to access and not a far walk from the entrance. The room appeared clean and I did not find any issues with cleanliness during my stay. The only two minor gripes I would have with this property are the small TV provided in the room and the lack of sound reduction from all elements around the room. I could hear music coming from the adjoining room and most people's conversations going on in the hallway. Overall I would stay here again if the price is right.
We stayed there for a week. The room was quite specious and clean, although a bit dark. It’s pretty freshly renovated so the amenities are in good condition. The downsides were the walls are very thin, and we woke up a few times in the middle of the night because of noise from other guests. The restaurant is closed and they say it’s because of COVID (although Tampa restaurants are open as usual). Also house keeping isn’t done daily, again they claim “because of COVID”... The pool area is nice, there’s a small gym, and the staff were nice and welcoming.
Good clean rooms with decent service. Im a titanium member with Marriott so I'm accustomed to nice rooms, these didn't disappoint. I found a great rate on Priceline that made it a little sweeter deal.
We came down to Tampa for my daughters 15th birthday. When i arrived for starters when i attempted to pay for both rooms that i previously reserved i was told my card worked for one room and not the other (i wasn't the only one that was incurring this issue there) i called my bank which told me the hotel was entering the information incorrectly to keep having my card decline (thank god for multiple cards) it wasn't until i told them i was here for my daughters birthday did the tone of the conversation change (smh) when we entered our room our tv didnt work. I called to the front desk that just said (unplug it, then plug it up) so i did that only for the tv to not cut on at all. I called back down to the front desk which indicated they would send maintenance which took forever to come. I did end up getting a new room, but after a 6hr drive that was very irritating. Also there are no microwaved in the room they are located in the common areas which i do not feel that is sanitary with covid still going on and it doesn't appear the microwaves are checked or cleaned out as often as they should. This was my first time visiting Tampa if i do ever return i will definitely seek my stay elsewhere.
