Some of the kindest staff that I've encountered. In spite of the pandemic, the bartender Mike did his best to make our cocktails memorable. Cant speak highly enough of the staff. The room was pretty and had nice artistic touches--the staff makes it all shine.

Took myself and gal pal to Hotel Haya’s Flor Fina and we truly enjoyed the upscale atmosphere and exceptional service. The peacock drink is the pain killer and we had the Shrimp Chicharrón and corn fritters. Definitely a nice first date place or some place to just relax and enjoy a tasty drink.

I tried to add five more stars onto the already Google provided five stars because this hotel experience is a 10 out of 5. The room, gorgeous. The location, AMAZING. The most important piece of the Haya, the hospitality team that makes the guests feel extremely welcome. Lets just say a team like this will rival any top tier hotel in the world in terms of making sure their clients are over the moon happy with their stay. Hotel Haya, you’re now our second home for when we visit Tampa again in the near future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Haya. It was very clean and the staff were all fully masked at all times and very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar area. It has a very nice South Beach and Bourbon Street mix of vibes. Excellent care taken to accommodate guests requests. No room service. Good dry same day dry cleaning service available.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, clean and new. The staff is spectacular. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because of the service we received at the bar. After a long 5 hour drive, we sat at the bar at 9:55pm. Food service closes at 10pm. I understand this, however, I asked the bartender if they had any leftovers or just bread and butter. He quickly said 'no' without even going to ask. The kitchen had JUST closed. If I were a bartender, I would have said 'Let me go check.' Then I asked him for Appleton rum. He said he didn't think he had any. So I said 'but it's on the menu.' A second bartender went and found us a bottle. I won't mention the bartenders name, but our experience was on February 25, 2021. The bar service was poor.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Definitely coming back! Great to see this in Ybor City!

If you want a chic place to stay after your night out in Ybor City, this is definitely the place for you. On the weekends the lobby and bar are full of people dressed to be seen. The location couldn't be better for nightlife options. There can be a lot of street noise on busy nights... If this is a problem for you, request an interior room. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice rooms with great showers, good drinks and snacks at the bar. I have stayed here a half dozen times now.

Where to start? We REALLY wanted to give the Haya a great review, the building itself is beautiful and the room designs themselves are fine with the exception of the bathroom doors. Who is the genius who designed bathroom doors with no privacy? Let’s move onto the noise. This is a brand new building, less than a year old. ZERO sound insulation. No need to cruise the main drag of Ybor on a Friday or Saturday night, you can hear EVERYTHING right in your room. Then, at 10:40PM on Saturday night, they decide to vacuum the room next to yours and a guest moves in, hope you like roommates- because you can hear their conversations through the wall. I hope they sue the architects, because they have NO idea what they were doing. Sad to say, we won’t be back. EDIT: So the hotel did comp us for one of our nights at checkout, I've upgraded my review from one star to three stars. The noise is still ridiculous during Friday / Saturday nights (at least, those are the only nights we stayed) and it's unbelievable they didn't build this hotel with extra sound insulation due to it's location. Not to mention, the vacuum in the room next to us was almost as loud as being in our room itself- something that just should not happen. We are happy with the end result, and would probably stay again, but would only be during the week and never on a weekend.
