Bought some pens during the lockdown and long story short Andrew and his team went the extra mile to ensure i received the Pens and even replaced them when the developed a fault. Despite the different time zones they went above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Now the pens - quality and finish is good. Video and sound HD and clear enough to get details of any recordings needed and the tiny detail of it being a "workable" pen adds a detail which makes it truly usable within real world situations. Definitely worth 5 stars Keep up the great work
