The absolute worst experience ever. Never flying JetBlue again. Not only did we divert our path but we also arrived over 4 hours behind schedule. Baggage belt took over 30 minutes to even start loading luggage. How irresponsible can this airline be ?

Horrible customer service: two counters open, such a lack of professionalism. Flight always delayed. Most efficient airline out of Tampa, United & America.
They Canceled the flight after we were on board!!! then told us that we need to go to Orlando airport (we were in Tampa)with Lyft (they paid it) and wasted the whole day. All the purpose of me booking an early flight is to get to the destination early and enjoy a full day. NOT HERE ! Not flying JetBlue anymore!!!
So let me tell you about my experience today with jetblue, I asked nicely if we could try to get the bags in but that was no help I arrived “ 2 minutes “ late to check in my bags therefore they had to put me in a different flight. This wouldn’t be a problem if I had not have a rental waiting for me when I land on my original flight. Not to mention the leading gentlemen there was rude as well, I always fly with jetblue but after today I will be flying elsewhere very disappointed with the jetblue service / airline.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would planned a booked flight for two in January my departure flight home was supposed to be march 22 11am , switched to a whole 24 hrs before no emails to alert us. Had a hotel until march 22 and rent a car aswell. Every time I looked at flight status it still said leaving march 22 not the 21st shame on them now I'm on a flight by american airlines with MULTIPLE other riders stuck in the same situation!!!!! How inconsiderate and JETBLUE how can they do this to people on vacation with specific days planned around arrival departure dates. they wanted me to get a hotel untill the next day AND spend 46 more per person for a next day flight!!!! I will.never use them again and stick to american airlines like I always have
This is the worst experience. I paid for a flight. It was refunded without sending me any emails. Then no one is at the department at 7 in the morning. The silverway agents are rude and jet blue agents aren't even available.

I just checked in at Tampa airport. At the kiosk at baggage check the procedure was flawless and the attendants so kind. At the gate the boarding was very quick. Great way to start a very long day
