I signed my daughter up because it sounds like a good idea after the sales pitch and the process and industry needs. I didn’t know it was going to stay online classes(79 a class) the entire time which my daughter lost interest after 2 months about mid September. Online was supposed to be temporary. When we first discussed the program , the saleswomen said you will only pay for the classes that you take and if you pre-paid you would get a refund on any classes your Child did not take. Sure seems like a safe bet. My daughter left classes in the middle of September. I Still have not received a refund despite calling numerous times to find out what exactly is the hold up. Someone that answered the phone said they would even charge me for some classes she didn’t take so based on this particular experience I would not read this as a very safe bet for your child for someone wanting to get acting and modeling instruction. The first person I talk to said I got an email but couldn’t tell me who sent it , when , or from where and the second person I talk to said it takes a while so just wait indefinitely. The third person I talk to said to just keep watching my email and checking my junk mail but they have no idea where the email is coming from whom they may be sending it Seems to be the usual bait and switch then run around hoping you just give up. Never got any photos done either , she just took about 10 classes it really doesn’t have much to show for it. Online interaction is not the same as in person instruction. For a company that can’t seem to track or handle a simple promised refund, I don’t suggest you trust them to track your child or yourself through any process whatsoever. Stay away
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! They are a joke and there a way better agencies in the area that won’t steal your money with fake promises of getting work. I was a student back in 2012-2013. Apparently, they don’t have my records anymore which shows how much they care about their students!
This school is a joke! Not ONLY did they scam me but they lied in helping me in a payment installments. I left the classes bc it was repetitive redundant and does not keep in consistency in the class schedules. I called them, told them i was not going to continue with the classes but bc i signed a contract (basically gave my soul to the devil I still have to pay them) they called twice and i had told them that i have EVRY intentions ti pay them the young woman who attended me was sassy and unprofessional and mocking me when i got upset she did not noted in the computer and sent my account to collections. DO Not put in your time and money into these people they are scammers at it’s best! Contract with my attorney to deal with this matter
