Let me start by saying the experience that I have had working for Journey At Home Inc. has been good. The owner ms Robin are very sweet, caring and professional person. I have been with the company for seven months. I am with the same client. I There has been one or two times where I have been paid a few days late. In that case the owner is generous in compensating by paying extra. I was short on paying my car insurance and the paid me early to keep me from losing my client. ALL of the clients love Ms Robin and her recommendations speak alot about her character. It is a small company and only in business for a year, so maybe not fully established. In addition the owner paid for me to take my CPR/FirstAid training to keep me working because it was due to expire. Ms Robin is extremely knowledgeable and follow by the book. There has been times where I needed a ride and the owner has offered to pick me up to get me to my client. Extremely rare, she is caring, compassionate and understanding and value caregivers. My experience is nothing short of all positive and good! Will I refer this company absolutely, pay is more than most, I know being in this field for over 30yr. This company may not be perfect but it definitely isn't bad.

I've been working for Journey At Home Inc for 3months part time because I'm a student. The owner has been extremely accommodating with working around my schedule. So far no complaints with this company. Robin is extremely nice, patient, understanding and professional. She has shown me ways to get all my other CEU's fresh out of my CNA training through another company. That company prices were high. Robin had. knowledge of an online options that was much reasonable in price and board certified. Overall I'm pleased working for Journey At Home Inc.
I am writing this review as a caregiver who has in the past worked for this company. The CEO, Robin, does not pay her caregivers on time and when they quit she manipulates numbers to avoid paying them their last check. In the beginning, I noticed some things were odd but I did not address them because she seemed to be such a trustworthy person. Robin has gone weeks without paying me, when I asked her about it she continuously gave me one excuse after another. One time when I told Robin I needed my check to pay my rent she told me her rent was due too which I thought was unprofessional. If I sat here and told y’all what Robin has put me through we would be here all day. Moral of the story, if you want to work for free work for this company.
