I visited three different places before. This company has excellent customer service. I arrived at the location, and I didn't know anything about the RVs. They explained everything to my husband and me; the RVs are also fantastic, in great shape, and clean. I could not be happier. The best place in town!

My family rented from them for a long Western US road trip this summer! Over 2 weeks long, Chevy Chase would be proud!! The RV was a roomy and modern 29' thor class C with all the bells and whistles. Their service and customer support was/is fantastic. They answered any questions we had and were very thorough with the instructions on operating the vehicle. It was a vacation to remember and it was definitely the way to go to travel cross country and really enjoy the views. We have so many breathtaking pictures and memories for our family and that's the real souvenir!! We Will see you guys for our next roadtrip!

I have just completed my first ever RV trip. Journey's team went above and beyond to ensure that it was a great trip. The coach was in very good condition. We had no significant issues with the coach. A couple of minor irritants. It was apparent that it was well maintained even though it is an older model with over 50,000 miles. I will definitely rent from them again. Their prices are competitive to other firms. The customer service is excellent.

We rented our first RV through Journey for a 20 days trip to Utah and Colorado. The owner Charles is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. A few issues came up during our trip but we were able to call the 24 hr help number and get them resolved promptly. We are already planning our next RV trip and will be using Journey RV again.
