Seriously the most unique hotel. I love love love all the details. Staff was amazing and the rooms are just big enough. The rooms have ultra high ceilings and enormous windows. The beds felt like heaven....so comfortable. The restaurant onsite had great food choices and reasonably priced. Right in the middle of all things Tampa....you will love wandering and getting lost.

Great night sleep, building history is very cool and that alone makes it worth a stay. Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Took advantage of the included passes to the art museum, walking distance, that was okay, the museum was nothing special but the walk was a nice way to see the riverwalk park. Note for management, cleanliness is paramount, especially right now, we had no issue with anything being clean until we were leaving and noticed a previous tenants article of clothing behind a piece of furniture. Price was good for the location and amenities, room service would be a nice touch, but overall it was a great stay. Don't think we'll stay again but only to explore a different area. Nothing against the hotel itself. Thanks for a fun trip.
Not close to a 4*. Service wasn’t that great. Kind of felt like a bother if we asked about something or services from the staff. Overall our stay was just okay. Most likely won’t stay again. Better value for the money other places. One area that was nice was the valet. One individual was exceptionally friendly and worked hard every time I saw him.
What a cool hotel! The building used to be a United States courthouse and has a really cool and unique design and feel! The rooms are nice and spacious, especially if you get the "corner king" room. Perfect location, a short walk to University of Tampa as well as many nice restaurants.
I have so many good things to say about this hotel! Starting with the fact that the staff are all incredibly nice and really and truly go above and beyond! We decided to take a trip down to Tampa the day of and wanted to bring our dog with us! Everyone was so helpful and it was nice find a dog friendly hotel Anita helped connect us to reservations and although they didn’t have a suite available they helped us get a corner room and accommodated us! The GM Patrick was also very understanding when our dog had an accident in the room and we alerted him. All in all the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel and that’s saying a lot because pre-pandemic I lived in hotels due to work travel! Will definitely be coming back in the summer
We were in Tampa this past weekend celebrating our Son’s wedding. Trisha went above and beyond securing a meeting room to hold the rehearsal as inclement weather canceled the rehearsal. This was a last minute request and boy did she go the extra mile to find a solution. Then we have Steve, the Bell Captain who was eager and professional who also provided above and beyond service. He had an ability to quickly remember our faces and why we were staying at LeMeridien. The mattresses were fantastic. All of our wedding party agreed. I can’t leave out the excellent breakfast at their restaurant and the Illy Cafe for to go options on the run. In addition, the central location of this hotel is superb! I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Tampa. No doubt, it is where we will stay on our next trip to further explore the city of Tampa.
Le Meridien is a boutique hotel (limited number of rooms) that is set in a converted courthouse on the national register of historic places. The rooms and the decor are very elegant. The location is perfect for those who want to explore downtown Tampa. There is valet parking only but I found a parking garage nearby to leave my car overnight. I would definitely stay again. It's a good place to host a party, escape for vacation or splurge for a special occasion.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, and friendly staff! The room has lovely decor and the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. While I was there nothing was open due to the time I think, but there appears to be a bar and restaurant and the staff was knowledagble to recommend a place to get a late night drink and food. My only complaint is that valet is rather pricey at 24 and there is no street parking other than a few parallel spots with high rates, in the daytime there is a 3hr parking limit also. Additionly there was a bit of a surprise "tourism" fee on my bill.
