If I can give this company 0 stars I would. I was referred to them. I made an appt and met with Sara Lopez. Everything seemed great, when it was time for them to file my taxes I met with Ernest (all virtually due to Covid) again everything seemed great. I wanted them to file taxes for 2018 and 2019 for 3 people. My 2018 taxes were returned by the IRS because they needed some additional documents. Spoke with Ernest and he said he will mail me the tax forms and once I get all my documents I can mail it into the IRS. I have been emailing, calling, leaving messages and begging for my tax return since JUNE 2020 and I still have not received it. None of them return emails or phone calls. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS!!! GO somewhere else, it’s really not worth the hassle!

I was referred to Ernest and Sara in 2013, a little more than 7 years now by colleagues of mine and throughout those years I have referred several clients to Lopez & Co. They are a solid family and I don't hesitate to continually refer new clients to them as they come through each and every time with both professionalism and sincere kindness. Something that is missing from this world. They have always made me look good by treating my clients well, and actually caring about them. They have even at times done things to help clients above and beyond what anyone can expect. I have only heard good things from the clients I have sent to them since 2013 and never a negative comment. When I choose someone to refer business too, the most valuable consideration is will that person, that business, will I garner respect based on the folks I refer them to. On that basis alone I can recommend Lopez & Co highly for both families and small businesses. Ernest keeps up with the latest in tax changes and have always provided competent and sound advice. His wife, Sara is very savvy and articulate about everything you need and is the perfect key player within the firm. Any CPA, tax, or accounting firm can file taxes and do bookkeeping, but Lopez & Co is one of the few that understands the changing tax landscape in a COVID-19 world, and can provide up to date advice and assistance. For example they have helped many small businesses with filing for their PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) when most won't know where to even start. If your looking for a long term relationship with an accounting firm, I suggest you give Lopez & Co. your serious consideration.
