Duane and Lauren Spires and their staff are amazing. I am pretty sure they never sleep because they are always available to help any way they can. They are legit coaches and have proven their methods work. We started afterschool with 6 kids, implemented their systems and by Christmas we had 20 kids. During the CV-19 shutdown our competitors were shutting down, we were expanding and hiring new, awesome coaches. All that to say this...without MAST we would have been one of the businesses shutting down...we followed their advice and now we are doing better than ever. Just do it...join the awesome team!!
After being in the martial arts industry for 24 years now... running a fairly successful school and having had a few life / business coaches over the years I thought I'd find a few useful hints and things to add to our repertoire with Duane, Lauren and their team. With that being said man was I pleasantly surprised.... these guys are no joke.. they have more knowledge and innovation in their pinkies than any other coach I've ever dealt with. Their NO BS approach is also refreshing as they will help you get yourself and your business fixed ASAP. They have single handedly change my business fundamentally and helped us not just survive but thrive through this difficult time. Thank you all!!!
MAST is where it's at! We struggled as we kept our business a hobby for years. When we finally decided to turn it into an actual profitable business, MAST was there to show the way. We didn't think we could afford to be in a program like theirs and that kept us from jumping in with both feet. Big mistake. Our investment paid off within the first month of Afterschool last year! I quit my job as a banker and went full time. Since then, we've hired several staff members by following the guidelines set by these awesome coaches and they are doing an amazing job! I can go on and on all day about what you get with them, but understand one thing. They will invest in you! Their program is literally plug and play, but they will actually coach you to be a better version of yourself if you allow it to happen. Stop waiting, stop putting it off and saying "next year", just do it. You can thank us all later!
Awesome motivational and coaching program. If you looking for success this is program for you. You not only learn what and how to do, what most couching programs do, but also keep checking what and how you doing to keep you accountable and motivated. We are exited to be part of group and recently we start looking for second location what is amazing considering hardship what other studios go thru. We highly recommended. :)
