I wandered into this Mayors last week and spent a bit of time looking at some of the really awesome watches they had. Sammy, one of the salespeople there, struck a conversation with me and gave me some super cool info I didn't know about some of the Rolex watches I was looking at purchasing. He was a pleasure to work with, and thanks to his great communication and knowledge, I ended up purchasing a Yacht-Master from him. Lovely piece, and a great experience!

Everything about my experience was top notch. I was a first time customer so walking into the store I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised by friendly staff (I worked with Sammy Miller) and easy going experience. I was just thrilled. I came in looking for a specific watch but asked if I could also try on several other pieces (as I'm on the lookout for the next addition) and Mr. Miller was very generous with his time. I was able to try on several pieces and it was an amazing experience overall. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Nick is a mazing! I went to the store asking for a hard find Rolex watch. He worked his magic and called me one week later when I was out on the Ocean for fishing trip (no signal there) He tried his best to save the watch while looking for my FB, Instagram.. to contact me. When The boat got into the land. I called him back. Magic happened. The watch still there. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Mayors again. They have fantastic collections, staff, and professional services there. 5stars

Had an exceptional experience working with the team at Mayors to source a new Submariner, where I had the pleasure of dealing particularly with Han. Although there was a bit of a wait (given the desire of the SS sports models), I'm elated to say she was able to get me a new Submariner just in time for my wedding next month. I stopped by in late November to talk to them about some watches I was interested in trying to get in the future. I was immediately greeted by someone and they politely asked how they could help me. A Rolex specialist, Han, came out and helped me. She was very enthusiastic to help me and made me look forward to doing future business with them. I then stopped by yesterday to check in and I once again spoke with Han and she was very polite and helpful just as before. I 100% recommend business with them.
