I bought a Cuban link bracelet from here. My girlfriend as well as I asked about 10 times if it was solid gold and I was told yes. Took it to jeweler and they tested it back as fake. I tried to get a refund and he was being very disrespectful. They are defrauding!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!! They are stealing from others who take there real accessories in there to get fixed or links taken and keeping the real deal.

Jeweler lied about properly cleaning jewlery. Then said my necklace was a fake. When the person who cleanse the jewelry came in after me and did it right.

Do not EVER bring your jewelery to these thieves A necklace I gave them to repair was given back to me unrecognizable . I left them with pink pearls and when I went to pick up my necklace the pearls where not the same. One was whitish ,and the other one looked as if it was covered in some sort of film. I asked them what happend and was told this is how I gave them the necklace which is not true. This necklace is one of a kind .I beg everyone to NEVER EVER bring business to this location.

I came in to get my watch resized. First they told me it would take an hour despite me being the only customer there. My initial reaction was "Really?" They noticed and said that they can get it out to me on 15 minutes. Reluctantly, I didnt back out. They took off 2 links which did not help me at ALL.
