Chad was awesome! I went to multiple shops where I was left alone on sales floor with tons of questions and people just asking about my down payment. Chad was very attentive. This is my first bike and he answered all my questions. He had me sit on multiple bikes to find the one that felt best! Finance manager Ryan answered all my questions,worked with my down payment amount and was speedy with the process! I was so pleased I left with a Suzuki GSXR600 and my boyfriend ended up buying a Kawasaki Ninja 600. These guys were great!
Luis in parts went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed while I was in Florida on vacation. He also made sure to extend further offers of service for future needs with drop-shipping options, allowing him and his teammates at Moramoto to help me from a distance when I need items again. Don't hope to break down - but I hope when I do I get to deal with someone as great as Luis again!
