I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. The service is excellent and it's always clean. I love this place. Tan is amazing and so friendly I won't go to another nail salon. I travel 35 minutes just to come here because the service is great Everytime.

I told the lady not to cut my nails and then she did. I asked her to soak off my acrylic she literally ripped it off. And then she only filed one hand. She did not want to file another. Awful service
For the most part the service isn't bad at all. However I don't appreciate how you can go in on different occasions and they change the price at will to what they see fit. I went and got a gel nail polish change no other service of any kind. Mind you I just my nails done here a week before. These scam artist charge me 25 for the gel polish on my hands OH BUT WAIT....They also charge me 25.00 for the polish change on my toes 50.00. total FOR A COLOR CHANGE. I felt so rob so I waited until the following day to call and ask how much is gel polish change she told 30.00. Wow. I refuse to go back and get any service of any kind when your robbing me it makes me not wait to do busy with this nail salon. I will tell everyone I know not to go here, and if anyone I know is looking for somewhere to go I will make sure NOT to recommend this salon DONT go here its a rip off.
Moat Nails is the only place I will go for quality service!!! I highly recommend this salon for your pampering needs!!
So I guess getting your toe nails completely cut off or a barely file will have to do!!! Also did not remove gel like other client’s complaint below! Last attempt!
This is friendly and affordable nail salon that I experienced. I love to come to this place every time, relax and get the nails cared by the technician here. Great service I would say. Thank you.

Just left this place!!! I was The only customer in here and they give me the one tech that speaks absolutely no English. I asked for a Felix and they spend 15 minutes on my nails. The woman knows nothing about doing nails. I could have done my own nails myself. I asked her to cut my nails down and she clips 1 mm off my nails. I said cut down all the way. Someone else comes over with a nail Clip and does it. Still not all the way. I asked her to stop and asked how much for the service so far. She says 15 bucks. Really? Have her the money and left. If I had change I would have dropped 5 for taking out the polish and the grains they dropped in the water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
