Everything is so delicious. I love their Better Than Ice Cream and Mint Choco shakes. Their donuts are AMAZING and very addictive. Haha. I highly recommend. Plus the owners are very friendly and the place is super cute and very clean.

I really enjoyed the tropical smoothie meal replacement. Only 250 calories, and delicious. I love the way the shop is decorated. I chilled out an indoor swing while waiting for them to make my smoothie.

They were so kind and informative! I got the “Mi Favorito” which is kind of like a strawberry shortcake flavor shake! Everything is protein based which made me think “Oh no.. high calorie..” but that’s not the case! Their products taste good, are comforting, and even safe for diabetics. The owner is bright and cheerful, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

My favorite place to go in South Tampa... It’s hard to pick my favorite drinks or food because I’ve had everything on the menu. Everything on the menu was so delicious and also healthy. By the way the selfie area is unreal. (My favorite:) Another thing , the owners are super nice and very helpful. Thank you so much.

The place is aesthetically beautiful. You feel welcomed the moment you enter; there is excellent customer service. Try their protein coffee; I enjoyed the taste. It is great to know I am not consuming an excessive amount of calories guilt free!

The staff here is so kind and helpful! I just worked out and wanted a good protein smoothie. I got the strawberry short cake protein smoothie and it was delicious!!! Definitely one of my new favorite spots
