This used to be a great place for lunch or dinner. Now, not so much. The service today was rude and unwelcoming. The food was bland, unflavored and the order was incorrect. After being met with rude service to begin with, I was hesitant to even ask for it to be corrected. When I did, it was met with attitude and the correct item was literally dropped on the table as she walked by... There are PLENTY of other places to spend your money where you’ll get quality, friendly service, and decent food.

Ordered the Ahi Avocado Salad without tomatoes online for pickup. It came with tomatoes and the staff forgot to include the salad dressing. I would have given it 5 stars (because it tastes delicious) but gave it 2 stars for missing the dressing and adding tomatoes. Always double check your items before leaving.

I haven't been to this Pei Wei in over a year, last time it was poor service and poorly prepared food. I was enticed back when I heard Thai curry chicken was back on the menu. What a difference! Food well prepared, customer service polite and friendly, and fully compliant with COVID precautions. I will definitely be ba3!

Used to be good. Will never go back. We waited over an hour for our food (never even got everything we ordered), and when we got it it was very cold. We would have left sooner but they kept promising us that it would be coming. They also said they would give us a refund - they took my receipt but I never got a refund. It was almost closing time and my wife was too hungry to wait any longer and we left. You can give them your money but I never will again. Good luck...
