If you ever want to go to a place to get lost in a paradise of orchids, this is it. Add to it the cornucopia of knowledge, but infinitely explaining it to beginners as well, Paul and his wife Patricia are both amazing, cheerful, full of exuberance and humor. Their love of all things orchids very clearly shows, and they have so many, expect to spend a pretty amount of time. Keep in mind, Google shows the time they are open...but they are by APPOINTMENT ONLY! They have lives too!

I am fairly new to growing orchids. Phelps farm is like heaven on earth. I appreciate their insistence on following the protocol due to the corona virus situation as well as respecting their right to privacy as their home is on the premises, so should everyone else! I've purchased orchids from a few different places however, I must share that Phelps orchids is by far, hands-down, the BEST place ever. One of my other suppliers told me he has never seen such healthy, beautiful orchids; if that doesn't speak volumes with regard to their quality (and pricing too), nothing does. I recommend Mr. and Mrs. Phelps' Orchid Farm to everyone without hesitation. They are a plethora of information as well. They have the best supplies to accompany your orchids. Your success will be increased exponentially. If you respect their requirements, you will be treated very well and you will learn a lot. I am attaching a photo of my latest orchid from Phelps Orchid Farm. It is a Paphiopedilum slipper orchid (Lady Slipper / Lady Bird).

My wife and I love Phelps Farm. They have amazing Orchids of all shapes and sizes. I had no idea how cool Orchids were until we went to Phelps Farm. It's really a ton of fun even just to look. The best thing is their knowledge. They are not snooty or pretentious at all. All you have to do is ask, and they are excited to tell you all about the best way to take care of your new Orchid. We learn so much going there. Keep up the good work!
