Elder Ford has always had good customer service. Since I bought my Ford I get it service at Ford’s quick lane. I’m always fortunate to get Lee as my rep. She’s the best and keeps the waiting room / office area will good vibes. She always has a smile on her face and a very positive attitude. She’s the reasons I make a 45 minute drive from Pasco. Other service places I’ve been to has no comparison of satisfaction as I get at elder Ford quick lane. most of satisfaction is because Lee is always here with answers to any and all questions. Thank you Lee for being awesome !!!!

Top notch service, clean, always attentive, I recommend if you're in the area and need some maintenance done right. Obviously, they mostly do Ford maintenance but, I've been bringing my Nissan Pathfinder here for months and always feel comfortable to that they'll do a good job. Plus, you'll get a free car wash if you want, which is a nice touch!
