THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH!! They have terrible accounting. Every month there was a billing issue that resulted in me having to call them to correct and for them to mess up again resulting in another call. I spent so much time on the phone trying to sort their mess and as a business owner I don’t have time for that. I pulled my business from them due to this and then months later send me an invoice with late fees. I have to, yet again, call them to correct even though I haven’t used their services in months!!

They are the worst of the worst even for a virtual office, they are so shady they lie to you just to sign and then they ripe you off, they charge you the months in advance and they charge you late fees for a month that did not start as show in the picture. Pay a little more and go to a different place.

Terrible place for a office. The walls are paper thin and it is freezing inside because they refuse to fix a leaking window. The staff is very rude; specifically the “flamboyant gentleman” at the front desk. He seemed to be discriminating against me every time I had to spoke to him since I look younger than I really am. I asked him if he can turn the AC up because it was freezing, he told me that he can’t in the nastiest way possible and when I asked who is in charge of the AC he told me that he was and refused. He was never polite to me despite me being polite to him every time. This guy really made showing up to the office something I dread. Staff would walk into our office using their master key without consent to give their potential clients tours of the building. Avoid at all costs. This place is shoddy.

My company just moved us into this office building and it’s great. My coworker and I talk a lot on the phone and we can’t hear our neighbors which is awesome. Quiet location, free coffee for employees and guests.

No I tried to attempt to rent an office and there were none available. When I signed the contract they assured me 6-7 offices would be vacant at any given time from my use. I'm afraid they got greedy and rented them all out now I'm screwed. I had to reroute my customer to another entire building across the city and at one point didn't even think one was available at after I was told it was available. I finally got confirmation 30 minutes before the customer and my technician was to arrive. Unfortunately I had to be a hostel customer to get the space. Totally stressed me out I informed them that in fact my technician and my customer would perform their Duty out in the lobby if they did not provide an office space. Very very very disappointed PS the app rarely works for my Android. Thanks for the arobic exercise my heart is now starting to relax. I have a five-star reputation and I had planned on keeping it that way this was a little too close for comfort.
