Nice room but the house keeper left a dirty rag in the bathroom .

Clean, friendly, and understanding! I have a 5-year-old with autism, and they were so kind! I also want to shout out to the AMAZING woman working at the front desk ( the ones whose jeep was stolen ); you were a blast and made our stay unforgettable!! room 302

Clean rooms, but a very loud part of town... Between freight trains rolling through (who knew trains still ran through Tampa?), Loud car stereos, louder car mufflers, you'll be treated to a cacophony of sound late into the evening. Still has a semblance of breakfast, and hot coffee in the morning--the Courtyard right next door had neither, so points to Residence Inn. Parking is almost as expensive as DC, so be prepared.

Great friendly staff and very clean. My room had 2 50" televisions and updated kitchen. Separate bedroom was nice and showers were very hot and good pressure. Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants as well as a free shuttle to go anywhere within 2 MI of hotel. Hotel shares a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and a small basketball court. 17 parking fee to park across street is only option I saw for vehicle.

Location was great but poor management. There is no housekeeping. They told us it was upon request but when we requested Dayle (front desk) told us they already made the schedule for the day and our room wasn’t on the list. In addition the first night there was marijuana smell on the hallway. I asked Dayle for at least some fresh towels and that wasn’t provided as well. So we used same towels all 3 days. Not coming back

Very clean, decent. Suite with 1 queen bedroom, separate living room and kitchenette was good for our family of 5. However, downtown area and next to the the hotel, is a lot of construction. Parking is diagonal to the hotel, and you will pay 22 a day or depending what they charge you if you're a member. Parking is also very small and tight for us bigger vehicles...it's truly not ideal, especially if you don't want someone to hit your car with their door. Otherwise, breakfast is more, snack like since Covid. So if you need a meal, it won't happen at the hotel. What we paid was honestly NOT worth it. But overall the room was good, clean and staff was friendly. (FYI Ybor historical area not kid friendly), at night.

Cheap, easy to book, last minute, but there were ants in my room. Shampoo is good, conditioner is meh. My room had a (real) fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, and an assortment of plates, cups, and silverware.

We stayed one night. The room itself was nice. Spacious. The bed was comfortable. The lady who checked us in was very kind, we were upgraded from the 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom. My only complaints were the bathrooms weren’t very clean. I actually went to the store to buy bleach spray because I didn’t feel comfortable getting in it until I cleaned it. The other complaint I have is the parking situation isn’t very good. They offer parking for a fee, but it’s a very small lot, and the spaces are TINY. If you drive a larger car, or have kids, you will have a very hard time getting in and out. The lot also filled up and so they gave us our money back. The area around is great. You are close to dining and attractions.
