I brought my vehicle up to Richie's after having some electrical issues I couldn't fix on my own. Called them an hour before closing on a Wednesday and they told me I could drop it off so they could get to it the next day. On arrival Richard came out himself and talked to me about the issues I was having. We even had a friendly conversation for 45 minutes after. The next day he called and told me what he found and what they were doing to fix it. He told me he would do his best to get it done before closing. 30 minutes later his secretary called and told me I could pick it up 30 minutes after they close as they would get it finished so I could get my vehicle back. When I arrived they were just finishing up even after they had closed 30 minutes prior. I can honestly say with all the repair shops I've used and dealers I've been to that I've never met someone so genuine and beyond fair. Reasonable pricing isn't even a fair remark for what they charged me. When I thanked Richard before I left and told him the pricing was great his own words were \I like to treat everyone who walks through that door like family\. I can honestly say that statement is true. I will continue to use Richie's from this point forward for any auto issues I have and refer them to family and friends as well. If you have any issues take your vehicle here. You will not be disappointed.

Very welcoming people, my brother and I came in on a last minute repair and Richie did everything he could to accommodate us the same day. After talks with the dealer we had to take it back to them but we really respect and appreciate Richie and his team for the willingness to work with us.

Awesome Experience. I’m not a mechanic but I’m pretty good around cars and engines, I figured our car was toast when we had it towed in but wanted a professional’s opinion. Richie diagnosed and explained what was going on and what my options where. We ultimately decided to replace the motor and all the work was done on time and on budget. Reasonable prices, easy to work with and efficient turn around. Very positive experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Richie’s! The staff is very kind and extremely professional. I had to wait a wile but the we’re always checking to see if they could get me something. Very good folks! The motor mounts in my car needed to be replaced and although they were filled with appointments they fit me in in between jobs. It was the holidays and no one would help me; but Richie did! I will always recommend them since the price was absolutely acceptable and the quality of work was top notch!

Paradoxon Theatrum

Two years ago, I found Richie's Auto Repair because I needed my engine replaced. Long story short.... 20,000 miles later and no issues. That same year. I took it back to replace an axle, the brakes and fix a brake fluid leak. Which they had all recommended the first time. Yesterday morning I dropped off my car to replace the AC compressor. I was told it needed to be replaced two years ago BC it had severe signs of wear, but when I had it it was not hot, yet. Once summer kicked in I realized they were right!! Anyways. I am sure I made this shop rich by now. People say \You could have bought a brand new car!\ But I love my Subaru!
