Dr. Russell, and our daughter's coach Alysia, have been invaluable to help us uncover our daughter's high-priority needs, set individual goals, and create a disciplined action plan to meet them. As a co-parent between two households, it is very helpful for us all to have the objective point of view, consistency, and accountability that the team brings. Meeting with Dr. Russell was a life-changing experience for me. Just about anyone can encourage you to work hard, but Dr. Russell guides you in such a way that you yourself want to work hard and achieve your goals. Even still, you might be able to find someone else who might be able to encourage you as Dr. Russell does. However, not only does Dr. Russell guide you while simultaneously taking a back seat to you, but she also teaches you all the strategies you need to work at 100% efficiency. By meeting with Dr. Russell, I went from being pretty aimless to being someone who can set a goal and follow it through from step one to step done.

I loved Dr. Russell as soon as I met her. She is extremely knowledgeable, wonderfully warm and exceptionally empathetic. I left our first meeting feeling so hopeful! Her counselors have also been excellent. They are positive, encouraging and they teach without judgment. Working with an outside counselor allows my son to relax -- there's no parental pressure involved, no fear of disappointing Mom and Dad -- it's much less stressful for him. Norrine and her team are 100% committed to improving my son's scholastic performance, his mental outlook and his confidence. They work with the whole child and they're always educating and supporting us as parents too. It's a complete team effort. I know that if we're struggling, we can reach out with our questions, and they'll be there to help.

Dr. Russell has been a life saver for our family.
