They just stole 1600 dollars from us. We were charged for a cancelled IUI. A cancelled treatment due to a pandemic and then the credit was used for balance that make no sense since we had no balances previously and all blood work and ultrasounds were suppose to be covered in the total amount paid from the first treatment. The billing person called already with an attitude and just made it worse as she couldn’t explain it correctly and I kept asking and getting more and more upset. You guys literally stole from us and made an already difficult time worse.. you should be ashamed of yourself using people and charging them for things that they have already paid for..

We were referred here by my obgyn. From our first consult with Dr. Silva I was impressed by his honesty and compassion. The staff, nurses, phlebotomy team, other physicians were all very professional but caring. We had been dealing with infertility for 7 years and they always put my mind at ease and were patient with all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing team.

We had an terrible experience it's this place. We met with Dr. Silva who is an excellent doctor and very detailed. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and concerns. We were ready to start IUI. However for the rest of the staff that's a different story. Our nurse disappeared after a few weeks. It is very difficult to hold of anyone in this office. The front desk is not any better. Since our insurance does not cover infertility treatment so we asked for costs upfront. We had initial numbers but those doubled and tripled as we went on through tests and consultations. We paid for a lot of this upfront and then get bills in the mail for the exact same amount weeks later for \tests\ we weren't told about had additional costs. There billing is shady and questionable. They don't seem to care about patients but rather billing them. Our experience here was terrible and suggest you look elsewhere for you fertility treatment. They don't care and not a way to run a business especially something as emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting.

Doctor Silva is a great doctor, the fact that he took the time to make sure everything was right for me to become pregnant made my husband and I feel like he really cared about us and our situation. I graduated today with my baby moving around with a perfect heartbeat. The nurses and the front desk staff were very friendly and they took the pleasure of making me feel like I belonged. I recommend SGF first anyone who is interested in doing IVF.
