The hotel was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The entrance was huge and welcoming. I loved every minute of my stay. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel for your business trip or a weekend getaway.

First impression walking in was this hotel has been here awhile and the exterior needs a lot of work. Just simple landscaping would make a huge difference. Inside was delightful and checkin was quick and easy. This was a comp’d stay from the Hard Rock. The room was clean and exceeded expectations. There was a mini fridge under the one nightstand. Makeup mirror in the bathroom. Pillows were better than most hotels. There was the smell of marijuana in the halls but this is obviously hard for the hotel to control. We did try the bar downstairs but I would recommend ordering simple drinks without the need for fresh ingredients as it does not see many customers. There is a little spot near the front desk for quick snacks and drinks purchases. There is a microwave there as well. Any medicine or bathroom essentials are behind the desk upon request.
We checked into a suite for my daughters 13th birthday and she absolutely loved it! Spacious, she felt like a queen during our stay. Cayla McCloud assisted in making it a great day for her even going above and beyond by decorating it a little. Kids loves the toy bin at the pool too! Black out curtains were a win! Thanks for a great stay!
First I want to say the customer service is great and staff is helpful. The cleaning staff should all be let go. This hotel is definitely not a covid clean hotel. My room was dirty. All the glass is filthy the room was definitely not properly clean. I was upgraded to a very nice room however the room was still dirty. The tables were not wiped down. There was still coke on a table from the people before. One of the tables sticky and covered in something. This is not okay. I chose this hotel because Sheraton are usually clean. As I have cancer I needed something covid clean. After all this the room price is not worth it. This once nice hotel is no longer nice.
Denise (Front Desk Supervisor) and Kwaz (Front Desk Agent) provided extraordinary customer service. My accommodations were i the Club Area (5th floor, Room 552). The suite was spacious and "soundproof". I will definitely stay again.
1st the room was dirty, 2nd you can hear your neighbors clearly. 3rd..we left something behind and when we called to get it back we got the run around. Went back to get the item and front desk not only gave me attitude but said that they already cleaned the room and she couldn't ask house keeping because they have no way in Getting in touch with them. Then gives me a key and I finally got my item. Housekeeping wasn't even near that area.. also be prepared to pay 15 for wifi, and no microwave in the room.
This is not about the hotel. It’s about the pillows. We fell in love with the down alternative. Ordered 2 king size from the Sheraton store. When we got them they were only half filled with the alternative fiber. No response from email. Called the store and they said I needed to buy a size smaller protector to make them seem fuller. I ordered KING not reg/queen. Can’t return because they have been slept on. Duh! How would we know if you don’t sleep on them. 115 for half filled pillows. Don’t fall for it like we did!!!
Accommodations were nice and we felt safe. However we booked this location for shuttle to casino. The shuttle currently only runs until 10:30p. We tend to have best luck after 10. If you miss the last shuttle you have to pay Uber to get back to hotel. Plan ahead if you are looking for a night of fun at the casino. Remember to have a designated driver.
