I’ve read some negative reviews. Not in my case... I mis-booked a flight and showed up a day after my scheduled flight. I travel every week so this happens on occasion I am human. Silver Airways had a seat and when I went to pull out my credit card the reservation specialist said there is no charge. I’m executive platinum on AA I know they would have charged me. No offense to AA I like them. Thank you Silver for not charging me when I’m human.
