Their employees are completely unhelpful. I spent an hour in their line and finally got there to speak with FERN and she did her best to not help me make my flight. Luckily I made it work out. She was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Spirit should hire more people so their employees aren’t so stressed out and spiteful.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Manager, his name was Magdy, was extremely rude to my daughter who was not let into the plane because she didn't do her check in online. Nowhere said that she had to do it online, in the email received for confirmation it says '... MIGHT be able to check in online within 24 hours of your flight' never mentioned it had to be done like that. When trying to communicate with Magdy, he treated her very badly. I'm sure if she wasn't a teenager his treatment would've been different but who knows. I lost my money for the ticket even though she made it to the airport. Amazing!! Don't flight Spirit. Pay a little more and be sure to be treat it with respect!

Probably one of the scariest flights I have ever been on. Although the tickets are cheaper the cost for your bags makes up for the difference. Despite the fact that they kept delaying my flight multiple times for hours, the worse part was the actually flight. Traveling in a smaller plane causes way more turbulence and motion. I have never experienced motion sickness till I flew with spirit. I have also never been on a flight before that when we landed everyone clapped because it was literally throwing us in the air off our seats. Never in a million years will I ever fly with this company again. I rather pay an extra 100 than be scared to death on a bouncy plane. Do yourself a favor, avoid at all cost.

Horrible customer service! They clocked out early and I was left without my baggage (I had to come next day to pick it up). Nothing was reimbursed....

While I was standing in line to check my bags my flight got cancelled. The service reps said to check our email for rebooking. The flight they rebooked was in less than 20 minutes and didn’t accommodate my travel plans. I called customer service, the agent on the line was rude an unhelpful finally rebooked for the next day. They said they would give me a hotel voucher. After waiting almost 2 hours and no voucher I just got my own hotel. To make up for it they gave me a flight credit for 50..that has to be used in 2 months. It’s also a place that charges an extra 40 for carry on luggage. And charged me a 22 “seat fee”.
