Check in was a nightmare. They gave away our reservation and it took quite the heated discussion to ultimately get them to honor it on a fully booked weekend! They did us a "big favor" and checked us into a room. We were part of a block of rooms for our out of area sports team. The rooms and facility itself are actually quite nice. Feels safe and clean during the covid pandemic. Could've done without the stress test after the long cross state drive.

From the minute you walk in until you leave, it is amazing! Even the TV greets you. Great service. Breakfast selections are plentiful. Would stay here again.
I loved my stay here. From us entering we were greeted and served with an excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was perfect considering most places aren’t offering this service due to covid. The room and bathroom were cleaned and there were no broken or missing things in the room. Very tranquil atmosphere. I would never go to any other place. As a matter of a fact, we had stopped by next door first, the Country Inn and Suites, and we weren’t even greeted at our entrance, nonetheless, the young girl gave us a horrible attitude from beginning to end. But that’s another story. Back to our stay here, don’t doubt this place twice. Amazing !
This is a great place to stay if your going to top golf! It’s less than a mile from there. We also went bowling which was right around the corner!! The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent!! You’ll love the lady who cooks breakfasts!
Great hotel, but the bathroom was molded and shower rod was loose because it was installed incorrectly. The pullout couch is riddled with pee stains. The breakfast buffet is unorganized, but the food is great. No safe for your belongings. Stains on the carpet. Overall great customer service. Friendly staff. Great experience and price. Not to far from park.
Really nice hotel, our big family got to have joined rooms which made things much easier. Only suggestion is ask for extra shampoo and conditioner, not enough for most women with long hair plus the rest of the family
Stayed here several times. Everyone was friendly, courteous and check-in was efficient . They are taking appropriate covid precautions. They are one of the few hotels to still serve the complimentary breakfast they advertise and not cheap out by providing go bags. They have hot items and also the traditional muffins, cereals, fruits, yogurt and coffee. They have attendants who serve the food instead of self-service. The roadways can get a little loud at all of the hotels in the area, so I usually ask for a room on the back side of the building. Would stay here again.
The staff is great, the rooms look Exactly as the pictures do on the website. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, and the rates are exceptional. I really appreciated the care from the staff, they go the extra mile to ensure that you're comfortable.
