Old and eerie building. However, I took my CPR class here through the red cross which was wonderful. The parking below was also super cheap.

This place is awesome! We had rehearsal here and found the space to be extremely inviting and useful. I highly recommend it to anyone for their work meeting needs. We were so productive and efficient in the midst of deadlines and high level stress. The owners were very kind and accommodating, ensuring we had a successful meeting. We will definitely book the space again!

I visited Suites at Madison at one of their open houses. This was the first office that I looked at in Tampa. My business is just getting started and I thought it was going to take forever to find a convenient, central location that I liked and could afford. After visiting Suites at Madison I feel like there is no need to look any further. The management was so friendly and hospitable. The office staff was helpful and gave me a great tour of the available office space and amenities including an easy access parking garage that allows you to never have to step outside during inclement weather. When I am ready to move forward I hope they still have space available.

Being an office manager of a court reporting company, I deal with several companies renting out rooms for us to use on a daily basis, and it's not usually a pleasant experience depending on the location. We have used several other locations in the area, and none compare to the quality of cleanliness, ease of booking, and overall quality of service that these guys at Suites @ Madison provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for office space/meeting rooms. They have also recently acquired a remote video system. This system is state of the art, and it allows my clients to flawlessly stream conference calls/depositions with the simple press of a few buttons. If you're in the downtown Tampa area, and you need a space to work, definitely use these guys. You will be as impressed as I was!
