Went in to check out the store and look at the products. Asked about buying a box of Ikoria and about the promos that go with it and was given a rude response and told that the promos that wizards of the coast specifically sent to stores for any box purchase were only for their very expensive mystery booster box that they were asking over market for. Even after I showed the clerk the information that states that the promos were for any box purchase and after their own coworkers told them the exact same thing I was telling them that clerk still refused to sell the product with the promos that go with it. They were unnecessarily rude about how they went about the interaction with a first time customer. I won’t be back.

My daughter and I just moved to the area from out of state, we popped in a couple weeks ago, as we have just gotten into playing MTG. We were met right away with the staff/owner, in a very polite way they told us they were closed and were only there to clean and setup up for the next day. Which, with all that’s going on in the world I completely understood. However, they struck up conversation with us and found out we were new to magic, they answered all questions and even let us shop around a bit. In the end we walked out with some new packs and some new sleeves. They have definitely gained two new customers! Highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t yet.
