I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. I had equipment installed by this company and within a month it stopped working. I have tried numerous times to contact the business and owner but can never get a response. I spoke with an agent for the company twice and was told both times they would call back after speaking with their field agent...never happened. I would not recommend this company at all.

Super Vision CCTV were amazing, took the time to come to our home and ensure they had all the correct measurements and details. Ensured he understood what we wanted. The day of installation, they confirmed everything we wanted before they started their work. His workmanship is outstanding. Not a cable in sight and the hard drive is hidden well away, so if the unthinkable did happen, there is no way the drive could be taken. His quote was very reasonable, but for the quality of the products installed and the time Carl went into ensuring we knew how to use it, we would of expected to pay more. Outstanding commitment to his work, I would and have recommended Super Vision CCTV to my friends and family.

Terrible customer service, company missed several scheduled appointments over a 2 month period with a different excuse everytime. No sense of urgency.
