We went into the Swiss Chalet and Souvenir Shop today as it said visitor information on the window, we were looking to find out about a taxi to go to Raymond James Stadium and asked the guy behind the counter who it turned out was the owner Jim would he be able to ring a taxi. After trying a few numbers and getting no answer he said he would bring us, he actually closed up the shop and drove us to the stadium, if he hadn’t done this we would have missed our tour. Jim is one of the nicest people we met here while in Florida and it’s nice to know that there are still people like him out there.

Depending on what you're looking for I can see rating this anywhere from 2 to 5 stars. When we walked in we realized the ac wasn't working (upper 90s outside), that can happen anywhere though and it may have bee fixed later that day. There wasn't anything we were interested in purchasing as it seemed the selection wasn't what we've seen in souvineer shops near Orlando. That being said, the proprietor was one of the nicest people I've met while traveling. I think he may have given me a ride across town if I needed it. I will be back to Busch Gardens and I will stop here again and check what's in stock again as I would love to give him my business and I would recommend anyone passing through to stop and take a look, you may very well find something to your liking and even if you don't, you will have a wonderful conversation.
Closed, doesn't have any hours of operation. Also, the phone number is disconnected. They have a sign on the door warning not to knock on the door or pull it or it would activate an alarm. On the side windows there was a police notice advising people to leave the premises or risk being arrested. Seems weird. It's a shame they're not open, because they seem to have lots of nice souvenirs inside from what I could see through the windows.

The sweet guy that runs this place is great. He saved us over half price on admission (with a voucher) to Busch Gardens at Peak Spring admission prices...A must visit to see what he has before going to amusement parks....
Not open.... but you can see everything in it...
