We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and safe, courteous staff, and ample covered parking. There are nice outdoor areas to walk around, and a plethora of nearby restaurants to choose from. Also this may seem small, but I think the ice machine is filtered. I hate adding tap water ice to bottled water and when the ice melts it all tastes like a swimming pool. The ice from the ice machines here is delightfully pleasant! Our room had a safe, mini fridge, and coffee station, but no microwave. There were also available electrical outlets in useful places and lots and lots of pillows, unlike some other hotels we have visited. It's only about a 15-20 minute drive to Busch Gardens or the Florida Aquarium. We would definitely stay here again!

I own a business in the neighboring city to this hotel and often travel from Atlanta to check on the business. I waited until I had several visits to this hotel to make a review. I will tell you I have had an extremely pleasant stay each time. The check in service, room cleanliness, safety, location and parking has all been worth the price.

We were coming in town for the game. I needed special accommodations, the manager David Rowland was great to work with. After some confusion of the bill he quickly responded and cleared it up. The room was clean, bed was so comfortable, and it was really quiet. The front desk staff was very welcoming. With a last minute request we were shuttled to the airport. It couldn't have went any smoother. We will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service-outstanding staff. The hotel is convenient to shopping mall with lots of dining options. Even though the hotel has adjacent office space-the lobby and open areas were exceptionally tidy. Shula's was closed so that was a bummer. The only reason I would not give this hotel a five star rating is the pillows (hard as a rock). Other than that a great location, very clean, super employees. Exceptional value.

Great mattress room was nice. Close to downtown. But just not a great stay. All the hotel restaurant were closed and only the bar was open. Good parking but still eh overall.

I booked this hotel through Priceline and I was very happy at the rate I received because the normal rate is on the more expensive side the location is great and the hotel itself is beautiful I’m a little bummed that there is no Microwave we had a three day stay and Being that there is no kitchen one would think that reheating your food is a necessity since most people are ordering out.The major problem in our room is we checked in on Monday and there were a pair of filthy Birkenstocks underneath our bed my six-year-old daughter found them and I am immediately told The gentleman at the front desk and asked him if he would like for me to wrap them in a bag and put them outside the door or if he would like for me to bring them down but I really didn’t want to touch them the gentleman advised me to “just leave them there”I was absolutely mortified but so exhausted that I did not want to argue with him we are locals and are only staying at the hotel until our home is ready therefore I was leaving the hotel to work each day they finally on Wednesday sent the head of housekeeping up to come into my room and retrieve the shoes from under the bed it was a very awkward situation and she seem to be very embarrassed and told me that she would see what she could do but no one ever contacted me .someone’s filthy dirty shoes at the time of such a pandemic were sitting under my hotel room bed for two days.I finally found the energy to actually write this complaint but it’s unbelievable at such a high rate hotel /such a nice hotel that they’re not even checking under the bed which leads me to believe what else is not being CLEANED!!

Nice hotel. Free parking. Nice bathroom. We stayed one night and had zero issues and would stay here again. Nice to run the neighborhood behind the hotel - was able to get 6 miles in.
