The ladies working today were rockstars! I placed an order online for my best friends engagement tomorrow and it was cancelled due to my items being out of stock the second I walked through the door. I drove 45 minutes there to get them. These ladies were so sweet. Tried to help me find different ones and were able to get my engravings done within a couple hours. Their kindness meant everything. My friend will be so happy and I fully appreciate you guys! They look great!

Went in to buy some wedding champagne flute and knife set. They had the display model but not the box. The next day I changed my mind and returned the items. The girl that work there help me find a new set at westshore mall and have them held it for me. Would definitely go back for other souvenir/gifts items.
Dylan, (sorry if it's misspelled), was awesome! He took the time to go over everything with me. He promised the engraving would be done in 1 hour and he delivered! Awesome inventory, reasonable pricing! I will be a regular customer of this store. Thanks!
Ok, I ordered online and while the order was TOTALLY messed up, I called about a mistake in font that I made and the agent noticed other availability problems (nothing was going to arrive on time). She stuck with me though and arranged for me to be able to pick up all but one item from this location in Tampa (in order to have them in time for a special event). When I arrived, my order was ready and done well. I noticed, on my way out, the last item that was going to be shipped from Texas (because I was told they didn't have it in stock at this location) was sitting on their display shelf. I asked if they could engrave it for me so I could have everything on time. They were able to arrange it and after a short wait I was on my way with all of the items! I was told I could keep the extra item already in route from Texas so we ended up with two. The person I gave the gifts to was so happy! He loved the items and I see him using them all the time!
I absolutely LOVE Things Remembered and have been shopping there for my daughters, friends and other family members for at least twenty years, from snow globes to glass beer mugs, beautifully engraved shadow box frames, jewelry, charms, and many many more items all of which everyone has enjoyed over the years. This location in particular has some truly fantastic staff that has no issue going above and beyond just their job by ensuring you are completely satisfied and happy with every aspect of your special gifts and having it ready on time ALWAYS. I have throughly enjoyed shopping at this location because they have it always been a really outstanding experience!!
I love this place and used it once before but i plan on going asap to the closest location for a birthday present for my teenage first born son. I will review again once I visit again.

The store has a great inventory of beautiful items, however it's kinda of pricey for those on a budget. If you don't mind paying more stop by and browse. It was to expensive for me.
