Mr. & Mrs. Smith

My wife and I don't go to the adult store very often but when we do...this is our spot. Staff is very help with explaining and demonstrating if need be. They really are a SUPERSTORE.

This evening was my first time going to this wonderful establishment , I was welcomed with smiles and beautiful energy . The staff was well versed and neutral in all the wonderful things in the store which helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed . I also had the opportunity to meet Jill the daughter of the founder, she was very friendly and positive. There is also a store located in Newport Richey that will surly be visited on my return , that being said the Service at the “Original Todd “ was great. The energy inside the store was super joyful. Definitely going back buy more goodies.

I’ve been to this establishment both pre-covid and during, both experiences were incredibly helpful and efficient! The staff knows how to really make you feel comfortable and welcome, along with having 0 judgements with whatever questions you throw at them. I’ve had 10/10 experiences every time. They have done an exceptional job keeping customers safe during these times by offering masks and sanitizer, along with making sure all products are safe and ready for you. Despite how hard times can be, they brighten your day by making the shopping experience fun!

I go to this store often, and usually have a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately tonight that was NOT the case. The manager outside was NOT helpful. Or the man at the checkout counter. He was rude and off putting. The man outside asked us if we knew the EXACT item we were coming to purchase, we told him we knew kinda what we wanted but wanted to see some options. He then told my girlfriend and I not to come in if we were going to “browse the store”. We needed to be “quick” and “in and out” because it’s “Monday night and they’re busy”. I understand the seriousness of Covid-19 but he pretty much told us not to go in. Why would you tell people not to shop at your store? We went in after he said this, and he reminded us again to be “in and out”. The regular employees shouldn’t be making up for the lack of management skills, but that’s what happened in this case. Never had previous issues until tonight. His comments made me feel like I shouldn’t shop there in the first place. 0 Stars for management. 5 stars for the on floor workers.
