Capt Leon Watts took us on a 4 hour fishing tour just off shore in Clearwater, FL. We had action at every one of his locations. We caught dozens of fish with a lot of keepers. Every bare hook I brought up he was right there baiting the hook. It was a crazy low tide the morning we went out (mud flats visible at the Clearwater Marina) and he still got his boat in the water. He also shared his top secret fish taco recipe so that is on today's menu. He's a master dive instructor too, so if you want the best dive experience in the Gulf Leon Watts is the guy. First dive is fresh water and the second is in the Gulf. He guides Spearfishing hunts too so that is next on my bucket list. He also guides to Machu Picchu once or twice a year and photo safaris to Africa. Those are later down the bucket list...
