Xtreme Powersports was a pleasure to do business with. My customer experience was phenomenal. Soon as I walked into the showroom, the young Lady at the front greeted me with a warm and very welcoming smile. My sales rep Hans was extremely knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job explaining the similarities and differences between the two units that I was considering. Hans did a great job at managing my expectations and ultimately exceeded them. I HIGHLY recommend Xtreme Powersports for all of your motorsports needs.

There's honestly not enough stars to rate this place! I dealt with them for years and every single time they have exceeded my expectations! I made the mistake of going somewhere else and it was a costly mistake. I contacted Brittney the Service Manager and she took my motorcycle in without an appointment. Her communication and handling of this unfortunate situation was far beyond what I ever expected. Not only did she update me every step of the way but she documented everything. I'm a business owner myself and customer service goes a long way with me. They make you feel like you're part of the Xtreme Powersports family. Everyone is always friendly there and welcoming. I've stopped by on several occasions and they're always eager to answer any questions I have. Gary in parts is fantastic! I've called him several times and if he doesn't have the answer right away he will take the time to research and get you an answer. I've never personally bought a motorcycle from them. But they will definitely get all my business from this point forward. If you live in the area I promise you that you will not be disappointed! My motorcycle sat for 4 weeks at another local shop. In less than a weeks time they had my motorcycle up and running. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Check over my entire motorcycle. When it was completed they even washed it for me! You can't put a price on excellent quality of service. There's a reason they're one of the best Honda dealership's around. I can't put into words how impressed I am with Brittney the Service Manager! She is truly dedicated to her job. Even after my motorcycle was completed she followed up with me to let me know when the rest of my parts would arrive. She's very hands on and deserves a Ton of recognition! I tip my hat to this well organized establishment!
