I used them for multiple rental properties, always had issues with delivery times or no shows. The quality of the appliances was horrible. They wouldn't last more than 2 months then when i sent them out to check they would tell me it was because of the tenants fault if they showed up at all. I do not recommend this company at all!

This place is one horrible place to get ANYTHING from. My boyfriend bought a LG refrigerator, with only a 30 day warranty, 10 days later it stops cooling, someone came out to fix it, it was fixed 10 days later went out again. So they came back to the house took the LG “ to fix it” gave us one to use until ours got fixed. Well that one ended up not cooling. We threw away hundreds of dollars of food/fruit. I promise everyone, nothing in thus store works for longer than the Warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I am BIG on customer service, so when a company goes out of their way to fix something I want people to know. It means you can probably rely on them in the future. We just bought a stackable washer and dryer and it was delivered yesterday. Somewhere along the ride the on and off switch came off and couldn't be found. We accepted the 2 units and asked them to replace the knob. Just one day later a gentlemen drove over just to give the knob and make sure it worked. It may sound small to you, but I appreciate it when companies stand behind their products and their word.

I had a good experience here personally. It does look a little sketchy on the outside, but I didn't have a big problem with it. We bought a set of old washer and dryer and the whole experience was nice and easy. They even gave us a little discount. They delivered the machines and set everything up for us. We did have a little problem with the dryer a week later and they came to fix it right away. Very happy with the customer service.

Horrendous service and product. I had the appliances delivered. It took at total of 6 service calls 3 of which were no call no shows just to re-install the refrigerator door that was taken off to get the refrigerator through the doorway. They never pick up the phone, you have to call back 3 consecutive times just to get an answer during business hours. Today, my tenants called me to let me know the refrigerator was broken and their 200 in groceries were spoiled. As is usual, I called Yensu but they shut off their phones at 5pm and the voicemail is ALWAYS Full. The oven I ordered has a faulty display that they were unable to repair. I am tired of calling, scheduling services and haggling with this company. I am demanding a full refund.
