My son saw a zebra finch who had no hair and damaged beak. We asked the worker and she said the other birds were picking on him. He cried for 30 minutes until we went back to save that bird ️ The lady working was super sweet to my son. The birds name is lucky. Thank you for being awesome!! ️️

I traveled about an hour from Brooksville to see her vast array of animals offered. All kinds of babies they are all so adorable. My daughter went there to pick out her first animal baby for her 11th birthday and found our most adorable guinea pig Levi, who is the sweetest guinea pig ever! We all love our newest addition to our family Levi! He had a little issue and contacted the owner and she more than made up for the issue and went above and beyond to serve our needs and make my daughter and our little Levi happy. Hands down I’m very impressed by the owner’s thoughtfulness and caring about our baby Levi will definitely go to her again if I’m looking for another animal. Maybe in future one of her adorable hedgehog babies that are hand fed.

I was really excited to come here for a while. I took the 30 min trip in search for a parrotlet. When I arrived there was a gentleman there that I don’t think knew much about the birds. He couldn’t answer many questions about them, struggled to get the birds to come to him so i could possibly hold one (they were all unfriendly and bit him) Many of the birds appear miserable, injured or ripping their feathers out. I’m extremely surprised considering how many good reviews here. I was hoping for some babies, 0 baby birds here. And none of the birds are hand fed, therefore none of them are friendly.

Purchased a red canary for my wife, the day after purchase the bird is comfortly in his forever home singing up a storm. Thanks for having the bird available for us to purchase. It made my wife very happy.

UPDATED: The place isnt bad, and the owner was super friendly with us when we went in. It was a friendly, nice experience, and we bought two rabbits. We had them three days before one started showing symptoms of being Ill. She became lethargic and unfortunately we were too late to save her. Just today the other rabbit we got showed the same symptoms. She has parasites that I believe can be passed on from birds to rabbits and the rabbits were housed in a small cage right next to the birds - and the place is FULL of birds, btw. Not just one or two, they are everywhere. She is currently being treated at our vet. To the owner: please make sure the buns you have mainly eat fresh hay, with few pellets. Make sure they are healthy, and I highly reccomend having a separate space to house them until they are bought. Hopefully the girl we bought from you who is currently being treated survives. And everyone buying rabbits, take them to the vet immediately when you notice them not eating, when they become less active than usual, and especially when you notice dirrahea. Or get them started on medicine (do your research) as soon as you get them. Update: the second rabbit just died from her illness.

Thank you so much for the beautiful bunny my boyfriend and our little 4 year old daughter bought for our son for an early birthday gift. He loves her so much and named her cotton because she's so soft and tiny. Maybe we will be back for another bunny soon :)

THE CUTEST SUN CONURES!! I had just called to ask if there was any suns available and there was! By far the BEST PRICES in the Tampa area! The shop was clean and very organized! Definitely recommend! If I could 10/5 stars very nice!

Super nice people! You can tell when people care for customers and how she cares for the animals she sells. I highly recommend this store if you are in search of a new pet. I bought a cockatiel from her 1 week ago and she walked me through the whole transition. It is hard if you never have a bird but she made so easy for me. Thumbs up for this place.
