Spent the holiday at #jongrapevines @tamparuliheavenlygrapes which was just 40 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu city area. Great place to learn about growing grapes and figs in our very own home ground KK by listening to the lecture of Mr Jonitih (the man with the cowboy hat) and co. A lot of seedlings (bibit) for sale too, just need to make booking for buying these seedlings and be patient. Fee to enter was reasonable. Even though it was a short walk around, but it was really a nice experience and truly proud for the efforts of the owners and the staff handling the garden.
Not an ideal place to visit unless there are grapes available for you to pick them...plus, you can also buy grape plants that they're selling and if you're interested, prepare money around 200 because the plants they're selling is quite expensive
Well this green house planting Grapes and Figs. For those interested to plant grapes and figs, you should visit this place..
Good for educational but the ticket is not worth 10.. They only give one grape for each.. Judging by the price, the owner should be more generous enough to give more but everything is just ok the guide very friendly.
Educational visit for those who wanted to learn more about growing grape and figs. The guide is very friendly and informative as well. Would like to visit here again with our friends.
Thank you, the owner and worker are very helpful, glad to stop by here
The one and only, grapevine and fig garden. Well kept, a little far from Tuaran town, but have the potential of be a top tourist attraction.
