I appreciate due to covid restrictions there will be cues & longer waiting times. However, several customers, myself included, had waited in the cue & still did not get to collect our items. Very slow service, my advice is to have home deliver or shop elsewhere.

Always a pleasant experience. The staff are really nice and helpful. They have all the covid safety systems in place. Ordered and paid via the app and was in and out in a few minutes.

Second lockdown. I went for my goods that I paid for online. First time that I went I queued up all was good and served once I had given the assistant my order number and got my goods. Second time I went it was pouring with rain..I have disabilities and walk with a stick. I queued up but after 10 minutes of waiting I'm told I'm in wrong queue and was told to go to the back of a long queue. I'm not good With standing about as my back and knees are in pain. I saw the previous week that ppl were queuing in the first queue I went in. I did complain. I also told the assistant their are no signs on the windows to say queue that way with arrows. The assistant said we only get what were given. I waited but felt like not getting my goods. Unfortunately the public aren't going to let me go in front of someone. I was offered a chair to sit on in the end I declined as I was near front of the queue then. The assistant told me it was her job to help ppl outside in the queue.. I told her about last week the queue was both sides but she told me she had only just come back into work and didn't know that.

I want to deeply thank one of the guys who helped me and my boyfriend for around 20-30 mins trying to order a PS4 with a load of vouchers we had collected from my Boyfriends work. He was extremely helpful and was an absolute pleasure giving excellent customer service throughout, especially when it was busy and a few colleagues were standing around chatting and on phones.... The lad was a blonde lad, youngish, couldn’t quite get his name as he didn’t have a name badge on, he made the experience 10x better and we would have walked away without his excellent customer service. Thank you!!
