Refreshing to see a totally environmental friendly operation. The farmer has great vision and takes great delight in explaining his plans and the welfare and health of his chickens, pigs and ducks. His future plans for this relatively new venture of farming a two hundred year old untouched 17 acres, is inspiring and his dedication to the environment and self sufficiency is exciting. The farm presently supplies local businesses with \solar powered free range eggs and pork.\ Plans are afoot for hydroponic vegetables and micro herbs. This operation deserves all our support. Knight farm is the future!!
