Quality of flowers are decent, however, as with other reviews the customer service entirely let's them down. The worker was very rude and made us feel bad for requesting a bunch to be made up, like it was a big ask and not her job. When we picked the flowers up they weren't quite what we asked for and when we enquired she became very abrupt with us. Wouldn't recommend if you want anything more than the few bunches they already have out on show.

I don't know who Mrs Brown is and I have never brought flowers from her. But this place is like a local landmark. It's a little wooden shop at the edge of the shopping centre. It's been there in one form or another for longer than I can remember. I don't know anything about flowers but I don't want to live in a world without them. If I ever do need flowers, this is where I'm going. I salute you Mrs Brown.

Ordered a table arrangement for Registry Office for our wedding, only a week before - having asked at numerous other Tamworth florists who were all too busy - and Mrs Brown's only too pleased to help. Collected it day before and it was amazing. Exactly colours I had asked for and arranged beautifully, plenty of variety and types of flowers. Care instructions given and despite the hot weather and being moved from various cars and destinations, it stayed fresh until the Tuesday, at which point mom has dismantled it and now has a lovely vase of fliwers on display. Really good value for money.Thanks again ladies.

When trying to order funeral flowers for my father in law on behalf of the family, I engaged a very rude obnoxious woman! There are plenty of good small businesses out there don't bother with this one! They are definitely NOT people friendly! Advise go else where ........ The toll booth I just past through where a man sits collecting 5p off you was much more friendly !

I'd rather pay twice the price other than buying off a very rude woman, she looks down her nose at you, I've never seen anyone buy from there and there bouquets of flowers look empty/bare, not if u go to interflora there flowers are beautiful and there bouquets and much fuller and prettier than this company's!
