Excellent Service - great care and attention to detail provided for our 'difficult' rescue dog, Can't praise them enough - Molly is no doubt looking forward to future walks with her new friends. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. Cancelled after 2 days and asked friends to look after our cat (Babs) whilst we were away. She is our first pet and this was our first time away so we were very nervous about being away from her for a week. Without going into too much detail - Babs was a stray and we took her to cat protection and then 'adopted' her. Given that she had settled at home and that we didn't want to leave her somewhere unfamiliar for a week, so we chose WaggyWelcome Tamworth to cat sit. The Saurday and Sunday visits both lasted 3 mins each (we have cctv - which was mentioned). I contacted WaggyWelcome Tamworth on Monday to cancel any more visits and explained that a 3 mins visit was not what was agreed and not enough time to properly check on Babs. The response was to blame our cat for hiding, they tried to coax her out and in the end left her as they didn't want to 'spook' her. I find it hard to believe that someone in that profession felt that a 3 minute visit was enough time to put down a fresh bowl of water and some cat food as well as some time spent with Babs in order to (at the very least) check that she was okay and in good health and not too stressed. The fact that his partner sat outside in her car waiting for him to finish the second days 3 minute visit compounded the belief that he was not planning to hang around - whether Babs was feeling sociable or not. If not for some good friends we may have had to cut our holiday short. I couldn't leave a fb review as the page has mysteriously vanished.
