This branch is setup strategically (on a busy area with lots of available parking) and designed beautifully inside and out, with a wonderful and accommodating customer service to boot. Unfortunately, our food was tarnished by a dead, cooked bug and chefs that tried to slither their way out of their own failure. I can only feel sad for the waitress that seemingly was blamed for it, instead of the cooks owning up to their mistake.
