Havanna. Just excellent
Spartan design, yet cozy location. The staff is fine and the food and beverages are all great. Prices may be steep for a Tandil venue. One of the few air conditioned places in town. A place to get their famous alfajores.

Local prolijo, atención correcta, y el café Havanna espectacular como siempre, con la infaltable galletita bañada en chocolate :)
