It was our first time eating at Tank’s yesterday. It will not be our last. Best hamburger in town. So juicy and big and the ribs are fall off the bone good. The ribs plate could have feed both of us, the portions are amazing. It’s our new go to for burgers and BBQ now!! Great job guys!!

Big Burger, next time I’ll order a single patty instead of double. Burger was good, has a home made taste to it. Fries were OK, wish they were hand cut fries. This place has friendly free place I would come back. Wish there was a better sitting arrangement.

They have the best ribs in town I haven't had any barbecue in Midland or Odessa that can touch tanks

Had a hot link sandwich. It was excellent flavor a good portion. The only thing I would change and say was that it needs a different bread. It would be better, in my opinion, on a thicker bread maybe a bun or Texas toast would have been perfect

Tanks BBQ is the best hands down!! Great ribs, sausage etc. Best burgers in town!

Appearances can be deciving, don't be fooled. Look past the collapsing chain link fence and the broken patio furniture, past the gravel parking lot and the peeling paint. Behind these crumbling cinderblocks and iron barred windows lies the gateway to bliss. This IS what you have been looking for. I have lived across the country and traveled around the world. And this unassuming building, Tank's Bar-B-Q, is what I judge all other by. They are the nicest folks, and good Lord... The BBQ.... Words cannot begin to describe. Even something as simple as a humble hamburger becomes more. The only advise I can offer is to never eat here. If you do, you will be disappointed by every hamburger for the rest of your life. It is that simple.
