Had my nails done here and within a week my nail broke off, went to get it redone but they said they were busy. It’s funny how when they want to take your money for a full set they rush everyone’s to fit you in, yet when its their fault because they didn’t do an adequate job in the first place then they don’t want to know and try and palm you off! Staff are extremely rude and have no idea about good customer service, only when they want your money!
Never using them again. Waited almost am hour to be seen then for my nails to be uneven amd then when i asked for a discount they were very rude and was refusing that there was anything wrong when there was and then was refusing to do discount but i was adamant that i werent paying full price but in the end only took 2 off not happy at all worst nail shop ive ever been to
