The guy working on the day of my visit was literally able to answer all my questions in 3 minutes and was very knowledgable on the state of my bass guitar's electronics and on it's overall set-up. The guy was honest and told me there was nothing needing any repair! Very promising :)
They did a great job repairing the binding on my Martin. I called ahead and made an appointment after reading all the great reviews. They were worth the wait. Took in a strat that had been shoddily 'setup' elsewhere and they brought it back to life. Quality work, great price, and honest! If your guitar is fine they will tell you, not try and charge you for unnecessary work. I'll be back.
