I didn't live in the hotel, but visited a beauty parlour in Spa. I made a manicure and pedicure here and was satisfied with the result, although it was not the best one, which I ever had. I wanted to change my hair colour here from mahogoni to trendy blond, but could not achieve the wished colour. The original price for coloration was 130 Euro, but because the result was not achieved, the owner agreed for 100 Euro. They agreed to finish the work if I come another day, but I didn't want again to spend my whole day in salon. Anyway , they did what they could and I can not blame them for the result. I am satisfied with the hair cut , it was professional and stylish. The place is clean and answers the requirements against Covid 19. Masks and distancing are used by staff and clients. Thank you and sorry for not coming another day, because I didn't want to damage my hair with daily bleaching. And if would stay more in Taormina, I would definitely come again here.

We experienced a very warm welcome by the staff at the front office as well as the room maid and the waitress at breakfast, which by the way was really yammy.
Visited this place 3 years ago and was so pleased that we came back again this year...what a big mistake! The place is run down, you have to flush the toilets by lifting the lid and putting your hands in the water tank. We had to change rooms twice because of broken sliding door locks (at the end we had to stay in one of the rooms because no one was here to fix the doors and they would not give us another room) the A/C units where defective, both of them, the furniture is old and full of stains. There's nothing left of the palace and more of a cheap roadside motel. Definitely NOT!!! Coming back to this dump. What a shame.

Stayed here in December. Great location. City center and public transportation just steps away. Sea view room with lovely balcony. Breakfast buffet provided. Friendly staff, provided map suggestions of places to visit. We booked 2 nights but during our last night we asked to stay an additional night and was allowed with no problem. Only downside was some construction nearby.
Fantastic experience at the Taormina Palace Hotel. We got the refurbished room, with a new excellent parquet and interiors, as well the new bathroom! Breakfast and staff were really amazing and they have been contributed to make unforgettable vacations.
